IMEC Alumni Leadership & Prosperity Summit

TERMS OF USE · LAST UPDATED 7 OCTOBER 2026

What registering means

These terms apply when you register for the IMEC Alumni Leadership & Prosperity Summit and its pre-summit webinar series (the "program") through this website. By submitting the form you agree to them and to the privacy notice.

Who can register

The program is designed for alumni of U.S. Government exchange programs; partners, speakers and invited guests may register as well. Please register only for yourself, with accurate details. We may ask alumni to confirm which exchange program they took part in.

Registration is an application

Taking part

Co-leading and volunteering

If you ask to co-lead a roundtable or to volunteer, the organizers will contact you about what the role involves. Both are voluntary and unpaid, and a request to take a role doesn't by itself confirm a place.

Changes to the program

Dates, times, speakers, the venue or the format may change for reasons outside the organizers' control, and sessions may be cancelled or moved online. Registered participants are told by email as soon as possible. The organizers aren't responsible for costs you incur because of such changes.

Photos, video and recordings

Webinars may be recorded, and the summit may be photographed and filmed, for program reporting and for the organizers' and partners' communications. See the privacy notice for how to opt out of photos.

This website

The program page, texts and images are provided by the organizers for information about the program. Partner logos belong to their owners and are used with permission; nothing on this site may be presented as an official statement of the U.S. Government or of the Next Bay conference.
